Pest Control

If you're seeing active pest problems or simply finding signs of an infestation call us in order to properly identify and quickly assess your pest problem. By working with a pest control professional, you can save yourself the time, money and aggravation of trying to treat the infestation yourself with little to no results.

At each pest control service the technician will discuss with you any problem areas, explain in detail what has been identified, recommend type of treatment, frequency needed as well any conducive conditions that must be addressed to help control the infestation.

Frequency of services are extremely important in any pest management program as well as addressing proper sanitation, storage practices, elimination of harborage areas in or around your home or business, proper sealing of all openings to the exterior (doors, windows, plumbing, conduit, etc.) as well as other conducive conditions the technician may bring to your attention at each service.

Some insects, such as certain types of ant species, may require a baiting program. This can be determined at time of the initial inspection and service. Frequency of services needed to control each pest is directly related to the type of infestation, location of your home or business and what conducive conditions may be present. The Service Technician may recommend a semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service depending on the pest or rodent problem as well as conditions conducive to each problem.

General Pest Control Services include: Spiders / Common Texas Ants (baiting may be required) / Roaches / Silverfish or Firebrats (attic treatment may be needed) / Crickets / Earwigs / Sow Bugs / Pill bugs / Centipedes / Millipedes / Pantry Pests (Grain Beetles, Weevils, and Meal Moths). Pests such as Fleas, Bed Bugs, Bees and Wasps, Termites, Rodents and Small-nuisance Animal Trapping are services we provide but does not fall under a General Pest Control Program. Bee & Wasp Control

Identifying the differences between the European Honey Bee and the extremely aggressive Africanized Honey Bee can be a challenge. The Solitary Wasp, Mud Dauber, aggressive Hornets or Yellow Jackets can be difficult as well. Why take a chance with your health or well being, putting yourself in a potential dangerous situation trying to control these pests without the proper equipment, products or knowledge of each pest your trying to control. From void treatments with residual products to treatments of active swarms, our service technicians can safely treat existing infestations in your home or business. After the initial treatment the areas of infestation may require additional attention which will be explained by the service technician. Flea Control

There are dozens of different species of fleas, but the Cat Flea is by far the most common flea on pets and in structures in the United States. Fleas can be one of the most troublesome aspects of owning a pet. Fleas will not only feed off your dog or cat but will bite people as well resulting in an itchy and sometimes painful bite. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to deal with the problem of fleas - both preventative measures you should take to avoid them in the first place and ways to treat for them once your home becomes infested with these unwelcome guests. Elimination of fleas on household pets will be important in preventing the production of eggs that fall onto carpeted areas in your home or business. If an infestation is occurring due to breeding and larvae on the interior it generally is controlled with an application of a residual product, preferably with the addition of an insect growth regulator as well. Vacuuming of the carpet prior to the application as well as following it will be important, as this vibration and contact will stimulate the emergence of adult fleas from the pupa, exposing them to the initial application of products used for control.
